Dr. Kellyann Kosma is a board-certified nurse practitioner and co-founder of Premier Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, with locations in Berlin, Ridgefield, and Washington Depot, Connecticut. With over 15 years of clinical experience and an advanced degree in nursing practice, Dr. Kosma is recognized as both a skilled medical provider and a respected leader in women’s health, bone health, and aesthetic medicine.
A proud Connecticut native, Dr. Kosma earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Quinnipiac University, where she graduated with high honors and received the prestigious Trewin Award for academic excellence. She later earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Chamberlain College of Nursing and is an active member in the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and CT APRNs.
Dr. Kosma has received multiple awards at both the state and national levels for her pioneering work in women’s health and osteoporosis care. She currently serves as the Advanced Practice Program Manager at Hartford HealthCare’s Bone & Joint Institute, where she leads the development and expansion of the MODIFY program and the Bone Health Program, both of which aim to improve outcomes in musculoskeletal and metabolic bone conditions across diverse patient populations.
As a clinician, Dr. Kosma brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to both her clinical and aesthetic practice. Her background includes years of experience in emergency, critical care, and cardiac telemetry nursing at Hartford Hospital and The Hospital of Central Connecticut. These formative years shaped her commitment to precision, safety, and patient trust.
Her passion for aesthetic medicine stems from her own journey with skin health. At Premier Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, she specializes in neuromodulators (such as Botox® and Dysport®), dermal fillers (Juvederm®, Restylane®, Voluma®), and advanced skin rejuvenation procedures targeting acne, scarring, and aging. Dr. Kosma is known for producing natural, refined results that empower patients to feel confident in their skin.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Kosma is a frequent speaker at national conferences, where she presents on advanced practice models, women’s health, bone health innovation, and integrative care strategies. Her expertise is sought after by both medical and academic audiences for its depth, innovation, and clinical relevance.
Dr. Kosma is deeply passionate about merging wellness and aesthetics in a way that prioritizes both internal health and external confidence. Her practice philosophy is rooted in honesty, education, and building lasting patient relationships.
DR. DANIELLE GRAUER DNP, FNP-BC, MSN, CCTC
Co-founded Premier Medical Aesthetics with Kellyann Kosma in April 2015. She attended Western Connecticut State University for her bachelors of science in Nursing. She then went to Mercy College where she earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing Administration and also attended Pace University for Post Master’s Degree as Family Nurse Practitioner and received her Doctorate from Chamberlain University. Danielle is board-certified through the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Danielle strives for perfection and natural looking results. Danielle can offer you a wide range of treatments to help you look years younger. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Nurse Practice at Chamberlain College of Nursing.
SUZANNE KAMAL
Suzanne is a native of rural Connecticut, where she raised her family and still resides. She enjoys New England’s change of seasons, lush landscapes, and its small, quaint towns.
Suzanne is a licensed cosmetologist, master aesthetician and reiki practitioner. She received her license in Manchester, CT and has been providing customized services for her clients for over 30 years.
Suzanne worked as a hairdresser for the first 10 years of her career. She loved the creative and social aspect of it. Spending quality time with each client while building a rapport came natural for her.
In 1987, Suzanne was introduced to the French company, La Biosthetique, who were leaders in the industry. The company then invited her to learn at their laboratory in Paris, France. This is where her education truly evolved! Trained to look beyond the skin, Suzanne learned there was another level of treating each individual. Considering each one’s lifestyle, profession, stress level, and personality, she can see and hear what the skin needs. Clients call her “The Skin Whisperer”!
Suzanne spent the greater part of her career working for La Biosthetique as a trainer and educator, while caring for her lifelong clients in Fairfield County. Suzanne was also the entrepreneur of Beautiful You Skin Studio in Woodbury, CT.
Suzanne's believes anyone can have great skin! She uses the analogy of “it’s like going to the gym” - if you are committed and it’s a priority, you will see change!
